End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding agreement between you and AlphaAlgorithms(“we”, “us”) for your use of the Nadwa mobile app. By checking “I agree” and signing in, you accept this EULA together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nadwa on devices you own or control, solely for participating in your mosque community, in accordance with this EULA and the App Store terms.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Nadwa has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to create, upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, or that promotes violence or discrimination, and you agree not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other members. There is no acceptable amount of such content or conduct on Nadwa.

3. Content filtering

Text you submit (comments, announcements, event details, and your display name) is automatically screened for objectionable language, and submissions that violate this policy are rejected.

4. Reporting and blocking

Every member can flag/report any comment, post, or user they believe violates this EULA, and can blockany abusive user. Blocking a user immediately removes that user’s content from your view and notifies us so we can review the account. These tools are available directly in the app wherever member content appears, and in your profile settings.

5. Our commitment — action within 24 hours

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and, where a violation is found, we act within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting the member who provided it. Accounts responsible for objectionable content or abuse may be suspended or permanently removed at our discretion.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you submit and for your conduct toward other members. You must have the rights to any content you share. Violating this EULA may result in removal of content and termination of your access without notice.

7. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach this EULA. We may suspend or terminate your access to protect the community. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app.
